Getting in
Only you get into your account.
Your password is scrambled, not stored
We never keep your actual password — not even we can read it. It is scrambled the moment you set it, and only a scrambled version is saved. If someone ever got hold of our files, there would be no list of passwords to find.
Reset links do not hang around
Forgot your password? The link we email works once and stops working after an hour. Ask for a new one and the old link dies on the spot.
An encrypted connection, every time
Everything you do in MetaSync travels over a secure, encrypted connection — the same padlock your browser shows on your bank's website. Nobody in between can read it.
Card details
We never see your card.
When you pay, the card details go straight to Stripe — the company that runs payments for millions of businesses, including checkout on sites you already use. Your card number goes to them, not to us. It never passes through MetaSync, so it is not ours to lose.

You decide who sees what.
The right people see the right jobs
A salesperson sees their own leads. A manager sees the whole team's. You set this per person, so everyone works with what they need and nothing they don't.
The money stays between you and who you choose
What a job made, what it cost and what commission it carries can be hidden from a crew member while they keep full use of everything else. The people in the field do not have to see the numbers in the office.
A record of who changed what
When a figure on a contract changes, MetaSync keeps a note of who changed it and when. If a number ever looks wrong, you can see how it got there.
If something goes wrong
Your data is backed up.
Every time we update MetaSync, we take a full copy of your data first — your jobs, your photos, your documents — and we keep the earlier copies too. And we try every change on a separate test system, well away from your real records, before it ever reaches you. A bad day never means starting over.
