Four plans, one product. Every plan is the complete platform — CRM, insurance claims, orders, payments, team roles and the mobile app when it launches. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly. Only Launch charges per user; from three people up the rate is flat, so the third, fourth and fifth person on Crew cost nothing extra.

There is no feature you unlock by paying more. The plan decides how many people can use MetaSync, not what MetaSync does.

Growing past your plan
Add a person without changing plan.
Every plan carries a number of seats. When your team outgrows it, you do not have to jump to the next tier — you can add a single extra seat instead, at $50 per month, the same rate Launch charges per user.
That matters most in the gaps. A sixth person on Crew is one extra seat at $50, taking you to $185 a month, rather than a move to Operation at $199. Whichever is cheaper is yours to pick; nothing forces the upgrade.
Extra seats are billed separately from the plan, so you can see exactly what the extra person costs. To take one off again, talk to us and we will sort it out.
Trial and cancelling
Fourteen days, then your choice.
Every plan begins with 14 days free. You enter card details at signup so the account is ready to continue, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing at all.
After that, cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep working until then rather than losing access the moment you click. Your data stays where it is, and changing your mind before that date puts the subscription straight back without a new signup.
